Matt began his career as an Automotive Technician specializing with Volkswagen in December of 2000. Through his dedication over the past 20+ years he has achieved specialization in all things Volkswagen including Vw engine and transmission repair, check engine light diagnostics, engine performance, automotive electrical, suspension service, brake systems and computer programming. Matt left the Dealer and opened his very own repair shop in Huntington Beach, CA in April of 2016. Currently recognized as a ASE Certified Master Technician, Matt enjoys a good challenge and is a go-to consultant for many reputable shops in the Los Angeles and Orange County area. When extremely difficult diagnosis are needed, Matt takes the owner's pride in all that he does. 

Mike joined the Matt's A Plus Car Care team in the Spring of 2019 to help with handling customer service and front desk needs.  Mike is a familiar face to thousands of Volkswagen Owners as he was the head Service Adviser at many Southern California Vw Dealerships over the past 20 years. Mike's specialty is giving great customer service and always treating the customers right. He was the recipient of Volkswagen's Service Advisor Guild Award 9 years in a row. Mike knows Volkswagen's specific service needs better than anyone out there.  Don't hesitate to give the shop a call and speak with Mike to bring your Volkswagen or Audi in for service. 

Arthur joined Matt's A Plus Car Care team in April 2021. He came from a very busy high end local tire and suspension shop, Arthur has years of experience with brakes, suspension, and custom wheels and tire installation. Arthur is a Vw Enthusiast himself and owns multiple highly modified Volkswagens. 

Gianni joined us in January 2023, coming from a busy tire/ wheel shop and has experience with big rig service. He is a welcomed addition to the team and helps us with getting big jobs done quickly and efficiently.
